At Orbitxintl, our manufacturing process starts with premium-grade wire rods as the core raw material. These are precisely engineered into a wide range of fasteners, including Nylock Nuts, Flange Nuts, Hex Nuts, and Wheel Nuts. During production, a minimal amount of scrap is generated as a natural by-product.
Rather than disposing of it, we follow a zero-waste strategy by recycling 100% of the scrap within our in-house casting facility. The recovered material is reprocessed and utilized in the production of agricultural components, ensuring maximum resource efficiency. This closed-loop system allows us to convert waste into value, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable and circular manufacturing practices.
